Css property

A website’s visual style and layout are dictated by CSS or Cascading Style Sheets. A CSS rule-set consists of a selector and a declaration block: The selector points to the HTML element you want to style. The declaration block contains one or more declarations separated by semicolons. A CSS rule is made up of two distinct parts — the selector and the declaration. The selector determines what is being styled on a page and the declaration is how it should be styled. CSS3, the latest CSS standard, is modular and, as such, various chunks of it are at various stages of development, review, testing, and implementation by standards-setting bodies and browser manufacturers.
